FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can't find what you need? Ask in the project details of your quote.
What patch type should I choose?
It depends on your design and where the patch will be used. Embroidered suits most logos and uniforms. Woven and sublimated handle fine detail and full color. PVC is built for durability and a bold, raised look. Chenille is best for bold, textured letters, and leather gives a premium natural finish. Tell us about your project and we'll recommend a material.
What file formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG, PDF, AI and SVG. Vector files (AI, SVG or a vector PDF) give the cleanest results, but a clear image or even a sketch is enough to get started.
Can you create a patch from a sketch?
Yes. Upload your sketch or describe your idea, and we'll prepare a mockup for your approval before anything goes into production.
What backing options are available?
Iron-on, sew-on, velcro, adhesive or no backing. The right choice depends on the fabric or gear the patch is going on, and we can advise if you're not sure.
Can I order custom shapes?
Yes. Along with circles, squares, rectangles and shields, patches can be cut to a custom outline that follows your design.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes. We work on bulk and repeat orders for brands, teams, retailers and organizations. Share your quantity in the quote form and we'll confirm pricing for your run.
Can you reproduce my logo as a patch?
Yes. Send your logo file and we'll recommend the material and size that keep it clear and accurate, then show you a mockup before production.
Do you provide a mockup before production?
Yes. You'll see a mockup of your patch to review and approve before production starts.
Do you offer embroidered borders?
Yes. Depending on the patch type and shape, borders can be merrow (a rolled, overlocked edge), satin stitch, or a clean heat-cut edge.
What is the difference between embroidered and woven patches?
Embroidered patches use thicker thread stitched on top of a fabric base, giving a raised, textured look. Woven patches use much thinner thread woven together, so they're flatter and can hold smaller text and finer detail.
